Privacy Policy

Elite Online Services LLC (we, us, our, or the Company) is a licensed secondary electronics dealer based in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. We buy phones, laptops, cameras, lenses, and drones from individuals, families, and businesses across Central Massachusetts and Greater Boston. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request a cash offer, schedule a local meetup, or complete a sale — and how we use, share, and safeguard it.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1Overview

By requesting an offer or transacting with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. It applies to our website and to the text messages and phone calls we send in connection with your inquiry or transaction.

In short: we use your contact information to make cash offers and coordinate safe local meetups. We may text and call you about your transaction, and you can stop those messages at any time — see the SMS and Voice sections below.

2Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you request an offer or complete a sale:

  • Contact details — your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
  • Device details — brand, model, storage or capacity, condition, carrier, IMEI or serial number, and the photos you submit for a locked photo quote.
  • Communication records — the contents and metadata of text messages and call notes related to your offer.
  • Transaction records — offer amount, accepted price, payment method (cash, Zelle, or Venmo), meetup location, and the date and time of sale.
  • Identity verification — a photo of a valid government-issued ID, recorded per Massachusetts secondhand dealer law.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare, lock in, and honor cash offers and coordinate safe local meetups.
  • Send transactional SMS messages — offer updates, appointment reminders, and payment confirmations.
  • Place voice calls about your offer, device condition, or transaction logistics.
  • Verify device ownership and record serial numbers as required by law.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, theft, and the resale of stolen property.
  • Respond to your support questions and provide customer service.

4SMS Text Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance

Consent to receive text messages

By providing your mobile number and requesting an offer, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Elite Online Services LLC, sent using a 10-digit long code under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) framework administered by U.S. wireless carriers.

What you may receive

  • Offer quotes and price updates
  • Meetup scheduling and appointment reminders
  • Payment confirmations
  • Customer-support replies

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your interaction but typically ranges from two to six messages per transaction. You may receive additional messages if a transaction is ongoing or requires follow-up.

Rates & carrier liability

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Your wireless carrier is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out & help

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. To request help, reply HELP or call us at 508-571-0410. Opting out may limit our ability to coordinate a meetup or payment in real time, but you may always reach us by phone.

No marketing without your consent. We do not send promotional text messages without your separate express written consent, and we never sell or rent your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. No purchase is required to receive transactional messages.

5Voice Outbound Calling

Consent to receive calls

By providing your phone number, you authorize Elite Online Services LLC and our authorized representatives to call you — including using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice — at the number you provided, regarding your offer, transaction, or service inquiry.

Why we call

  • Confirm and verify offers and device condition
  • Schedule and coordinate safe local meetups
  • Coordinate payment
  • Provide customer support

Rates & revoking consent

Standard call rates may apply. To revoke voice-calling consent, call us at 508-571-0410 or email us. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry; where required by law, we may still contact you about an active transaction.

We do not use autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls without your prior express written consent.

6Information Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — the messaging and business platforms we use to send texts and place calls, and payment networks that process Zelle and Venmo, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
  • Legal compliance — serial numbers and transaction records disclosed to law enforcement as required by Massachusetts secondhand dealer regulations and in response to lawful requests.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or financing of our business.
  • With your consent — otherwise only when you direct us to share your information.

We never sell your personal information to data brokers or advertising companies.

7Data Retention

We retain transaction records, serial numbers, and identity-verification photos for the period required by Massachusetts secondhand dealer law — typically up to six years.

Communication records are kept as long as reasonably needed to provide support and resolve disputes, then deleted.

8Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and restricted access controls — to protect your information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, or opt out of voice calls by contacting us.
  • Limit or withdraw consent for specific communications at any time.

To exercise any right, call us at 508-571-0410 or email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Elite Online Services LLC does not sell your personal information. Under certain state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, residents may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct their information. To exercise these rights, contact us.

11Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us so we can delete it.

12Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
